Sprint over billed ne at least $1000 a month for 5 months asd owner of a small biz i check all my bills every month and every month i would be on the phone for hours with sprint (4-6 hrs) to get my bill right and they would say it will not happen again and yet every month they would over bill me i had 5 phones i payed cash for and should have 2000 shared minutes for them instead they would apply all minutes to 1 phone and bil;l me overage minute on the other 4 after 5 months i just cancelled my service and 1 yr later they are still trying to collect on oveerage minutes and a cancelation fee i canceled my contract becuase they were not abiding by that contract price and should not have to pay to get out of a contract with a company who was not capable of living up to there contract i should be reimursed for money i laid out for phones and 25 hrs spent on phone with them to try to get bills accurate worst experienc ever with a cell provider and will never use or recomend to any one
