Beginning in May, I called Sprint PCS to upgrade from 500 anytime minutes to 700 per month. That's all, nothing else. Since then, my bills have totaled as much as $600 per month. I was signed up for the 700 anytime minutes per month, however, I also lost my PCS to PCS minutes (I have 3 phones), my free nights and weekends were no more and to top it off, a double billing for both plans in one.
I have made about 10 phone calls, and talked with 2 supervisors, I have put my dispute in writing as well. A large portion of my bills have been credited, however the amount due is still not correct, and the plan is not correct either.
Sprint has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, representatives seem incompetent and supervisor give repetative 'care phrases'. At this point, I don't care how sorry you are for my frustration. I just want the issue resolved.
Since it is apparent this will not happen, I will be receiving my new phones on Monday, and Sprint will be canceled.
Beware-Sprint is a great company until you actually have to utilize the customer service, after that plan to spend hours upon hours trying to reach a resolution.
