I am an avid halloween fan and spend lot's of money yearly on halloween. I have spent money at the spirit halloween store. This year I was online and started to order a very expensive halloween prop, but when I saw the shipping price I cancelled out and did not complete the order.
The item shipped and I was billed anyway. I called the company and they said they would send an RMA for return. This was well before the return deadline for a restocking fee. I never received the RMA and called again.
Once again I was told the same and once again never received anything in the mail. I called once more and was told that the request had to go through Corporate and may have been denied.
There was no mention of this before and now I was being told there would be a 15% restocking fee. I have been EXTREMELY unhappy with the time I have had to waste and will NEVER shop through their website or store again.
