I ordered 2 costumes on Oct 4th and i have NOT recieved them yet. I emailed the company 5 times just asking very nicely where my item are, i would jus like to know if they have been shipped yet, and to what address just in case there was a mix up. NO ONE responded to any of the 5 emails, there is NO phone number on the whole site.
They say you can not return any halloween costumes after a certian date. Well why would i want a halloween costume AFTER halloween??? I saw another girl emailed this Rip_off company and they wrote her back, im hoping thats the case so i dont have to take this further...
