Pre-ordered an animatronic from Spirit in August. Was told it would ship on 9/15. On 9/20 I called and they said they had no record of my order, even after giving them my confirmation number. I was told that it was escalated to a supervisor and that my order would ship immediately. They also said that I would receive a phone call from the supervisor. Two days went by and I called and they still had no record of my order or any information about my prior phone call.
I subsequently found the same item at Home Depot for $70.00 dollars less.
Spirit Halloween is a hugh ripoff.
