Asked to pay old 2001 bill run up by friends

I had friends that lived with me in 2001 and they ran my bill up before Comcast was even heard of in Richmond and now it's 2009 and there trying to make me pay the bill. I even filed bankrupt and included there collection agencie but not there name only for say.
