Ccs claims I owe from a comcast bill but comcast has no record of it

Ccs contacted me about an outstanding comcast bill. When I asked what address out was for they would not give me that information yet they had my ssn and phone number. I contacted comcast who had nothing in their system for an outstanding bill.
