Cell for cash promises to take old cell phones and pay you for them. They will resell what they can and recycle what they are unable to sell. On 7/14 I submitted cellphones to Cell for cash. They received the phones on 7/20 and started the verification process. They promised me $150 for the entire lot and then found one of them to be broken and reduced the total to $100. I heard nothing for a long time. I email them and asked the status and they told me that I would have to wait 45 day until after the phones were verified for my payment. They finished the verification on 7/29/09. I waited 50 days and noticed that nothing was happening with my account. I sent an email and got a response saying that my request had been "sent to accounting for payment." Weeks went by with me asking the status and I have not heard from them since. I checked around and it seems that this is their standard operating procedure. They take phones, promise money and never deliver. Please help if you can.
