All Kevin does is take your money and drag out your case just to charge more. He is known for scheduling and cacelling hearings just to be able to charge you more for it. Watch out for phone calls if you talk to him for 1 minute he will charge you for 15 minutes at $245.00 per hour. He charged me over 13,000 in 2 months for letters, phone calls sheduling and cancelling hearings in a divorce case and i never even got to court. I was only making 30,000 per year so where did he think i was getting that kind of money in 2 months? If he didn't cancell the 1st hearing without my permission he would not have been able to do this to me. He was definatly out to get me for some reason. Then he refused to represent me in court or talk to me, but refused to remove himsef from my case and continued to charge me whenever he spoke to the opposing council or send a letter. I thought an Attorney is suppose to communicate with their client atleast thats what the ethics Rules say.
