Kevin Zlock is the worst Attorney I have ever had and i am not the only 1 who feels this way. He takes your money and promises you he will protect your interests and do the best job he can. Then he takes your money and does nothing of what he said. Then he will charge for every single phone call to him. If you talk to him for 1 minute he will charge you for 15 minutes. He even charges to listen to your voicemail plus postage on the 1 million letters he sends out with no results. He will schedule and cancell Hearings like the weather changing. Beware if you expect him to show up at a hearing if you ever get that far because he will send 1 of his new unseasoned Lawyers when you just got done paying him Top Dollar for his so called expertise and he won't even tell you he is sending someone else. If i wanted a recently graduated Lawyer i would have gotten 1, but actually i found they are better then he is atleast they care and try and do a good job that's more then i can say for him. Watch if you have any other cases going on in the office because the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They are so incompitent that his Partner sued the wrong company 3 different times. Now how does that happen? They will give you Poor advise and not even care that your life is falling apart because of their incompitence and negligence. I have never seen any company handle anything as poorly as they handle their cases. I even refered a friend to them in a divorce situation befor they really screwed me over and the result was the same with my friend only on a much larger scale. Kevin took my friend for over 20,000 and when they finally did get a court date Kevin didn't even show up. He sent someone else that had no idea what was going on. At that point Kevin had already gotten paid well over 20,000. He didn't even tell my friend that he wasn't going to be there. That is a Disgrace! He is the best at Conning you into believing he is a Top Notch Attorney when in fact all he does is talk a Good Game and then Drops the Ball and the result is you as the client gets screwed. I have paid over 10,000 it has been almost 4 years and i am still married and i lost everything. I thought a Layer was suppose to protect and work in the best interest of his client. He cancelled a hearing without my permission and told the courts that my husband and i reached an agreement and we didn't that was a lie. Kevin called me at 10:00PM the night before we were due in court at 9:00 the next day and told me he cancelled it because the opposing council signed the agreement that was null and void at that point because everything had changed and he knew that. I needed to get in front of a judge with my husband to prevent certain things from happening that eventually cost me all of the equity in the house i paid for. All of my furniture ect... The damage due to not getting that hearing eventually cost me everything i had worked my whole life for. I was devistated and he didn't even care. Then the fun began! I was so upset i called the Judges chambers but they could not do anything about it, i then had to call Kevin several times to try and fix the problem and get another hearing rescheduled. Well to make this short he was then slamming me with all of these charges for me calling him and complaining about him cancelling the hearing and now what am i going to do? He racked up my bill to over 13,000 in 2 months with phone calls, letters, scheduling and cancelling hearings ect... Then he cut me off and wouldn't talk to me or represent me until i paid him the whole 13,000 when he knew i couldn't afford it. My daughter and i were left homeless because my husband refused to let us back in the house and Kevin did absolutly nothing. Then he stole my Lawsuit money after his partner sued the wrong company 3 times. Anyway if you want to go broke and be homeless go to Kevin. Don't worry their will be nothing left to fight about in your divorce because he will either take it all or cause you to lose it. Like i said i am not the only 1 he has done this too and i have names.
