Don't purchase from!
We bought a drain from Group City Copperworks lately, and upon appearance, the drain was in inadequate form at-best. Easy welding, distortion to general copper form of drain, and main bubbling at internal edge, rending it ineffective for potential cleansing.
When calling the organization to request to come back to get a phone label, the supervisor started to shouting about how dare we question the caliber of the drain, which it might not be delivered. Their plan OBVIOUSLY states RETURNS ACCEPTED. Discussion was so immature that I'd to hold up the telephone on him he turned so loud. Was as though I had been talking to a young child having a tempertantrum.
Delivered it back to for them, and submitted a chargeback. A couple of days later, I obtained a telephone call from another of the sales team wondering exactly what the issue was. I attempted to describe it to him, and he likewise turned really annoyed and began increasing his speech. Again, needed to hang-up the telephone. Evidently only kids work on City Group Copperworks.
BUYER BEWARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!!! You're purchasing a product on the web hidden for quality and framework. Should you purchase from their store, you're maintaining that no real matter what form it's in when obtained. They'll attempt to speak around you, and verbally abuse you. I've come to discover this isn't an isolated event together since buying sadly. The bottom line is they're really shady and basically managing a fraud. If you like a copper drain, attempt to find a far more trustworthy organization to cope with that's ethics.
I understand times are difficult, however they should be truly starving if this is the way they decide to cope with their clients.
Two-thumbs down with this lot. Their sinks are horrible quality. Can't communicate for the remainder of the things they market, but might suppose exactly the same bad design.
