We bought a drain from Group City Copperworks lately, and upon appearance, the drain was in inadequate form at-best. Easy welding, distortion to general copper form of drain, and main bubbling at internal edge, rending it ineffective for potential cleansing.
When calling the organization to request to come back to get a phone label, the supervisor started to shouting about how dare we question the caliber of the drain, which it might not be delivered. Their plan OBVIOUSLY states RETURNS ACCEPTED. Discussion was so immature that I'd to hold up the telephone on him he turned so loud. Was as though I had been talking to a young child having a tempertantrum.
Delivered it back to for them, and submitted a chargeback. A couple of days later, I obtained a telephone call from another of the sales team wondering exactly what the issue was. 10-12: Like A follow-up for this criticism since processing chargeback, when Circle City Copperworks was approached from the lender regarding chargeback, they've attemptedto express the drain was delivered for them broken like a final resort to avoid needing to return money. Fairly corny and incredibly small ethics once more.
Again, they have to be hungry if this is exactly what they experience they've to resort to. Remain clear, they're certainly fraud artists.
