Sean Boucher, owner of AAA Installation LLC has still not sent the agreed upon refund for vinyl flooring from Oct.'08 it is now Oct. 11. Different family members have been trying for a year to get him to mail a refund to our mother (who is 81) with no success and twice he said it was in the mail (when he finally called us back). When we call and leave voice mails for him to call us or her, he never returns the call. We leave day we called, time, and #'s we can be reached at, etc.
Recently, we caught him when we used a new phone # and after repeated messages, he called to tell us that a money order for the refund was in the mail it has now been 4 weeks & counting for the non existent refund (3rd time this refund has been in the mail).
Since this last phone call about the money, he has not once called us back and we have left many voice messages since this is the only way to get a hold of him. Once he knows you are having problems and he recognizes your phone #, he will never return your call.
I have high expectations for someone I hire to come into my home to do work for me or my family. I expect all business dealings to be followed through and phone calls to be returned.
NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! If you know someone who has already hired him caution them immediately and warn them about how he does business. I will be telling this story on other websites so that all will be aware of this. I am tired of people like this getting away with stealing from people.
