I called AHS on June 11 for sevice on my oven. The local vendor came by on the 13th and inspected the oven, which was determined to need a new ignighter. I called a week later after hearing nothing and was told that it was back ordered. Knowing that the replacement part could be obtained locally, I told them that, and the vendor said that AHS requires them to purchase from a specific supplier... Obviously one that they are in bed with.
I called AHS and the rude clerk told me that they have suppliers for certain items and that is where the vendor has to get the parts and that I would just have to wait. When asked about a tele # for the customer service department... I was told essentially that this was it.
Now after another week we are still waiting for word from the vendor who is waiting for the suppplier.
