Hello, I have been trying to deal with American Home Shield since June 23. I need a new microwave/oven (combo) part. The part has been ordered three times and three times they have made a mistake ordering the part. I am tired and I have waited a long time for my oven to be fixed. I have a family and I need to cook. I have paid my premiums. I expect exemplary service from American Home Shield, which I am not receiving. Can you please help me? Thank you.
