Madison, AL 35758 Came to remove the body. (Not to mention the fact that it was reported that they dropped thebody in the elevator with no concern of cleaning this area). Withinthe hour they were calling the emergency number in an attempt to sell a"Cleaning Service" That for a fee of $500.00 they would clean the aptaccording health department standards". This was on Sunday and wedidn't even know that one of our residents had passed away. On Mondaythe 5th Employee Wesley told us either we pay him $500.00 or he wouldcall the health department. We very politely informed him we felt hewas attempting to extort from us with his threatening tactics and wouldhave nothing more to do with him. Very shortly after talking to Wesleya call came in from the Madison County Health Department afterexplaining the extortion attempt and the facts surrounding theaforementioned death it was suggested that civil and or criminalreports be filed. This is the first of these reports.
