Never purchase a Virgin Mobile mobile phone... Why you might request nicely listed here is my knowledge together.
I got screwed out-of $221.00 (Europe)!!! Some tips about what happend. I had been disappointed using the customer support when my fresh razor2 telephone began to screw up, and so I delivered it in since I really couldnot determine that which was wrong withit, I requested the telephone repetition must I submit the charger and memory repetition stated yes and so I did. Well they delivered my telephone back four weeks later declaring water damage that will be BS since I never applied it in the torrential rain, introduced it in to the toilet nothing near water of any sort different then your humitity outside within the summer. Well they'dnot substitute my charger or my-memory card and so I left the 3-year agreement after 24 months.
I had been spending my payment by charge card online because which was simpler. Nicely after I terminated them-they required the $221.00 off the charge card for me personally, since I have terminated early. (believed easily was no further a person they mightnot do this however they did). And so I settled the statement with my charge card a couple of days later, such that it wouldn't visit the enthusiasts.
After I got my charge card record I understood they got dual cost! I named them on Sept. 1st 2009 to deal with the problem. Well I thought this could be easy due to their "exemplary customer support", nicely it was not! The very first repetition I spoke to explained I'd to hold back 3 months minimal to obtain my moeny back since I would have running costs about the cell, I understand there'snot. I expected to get a boss that repetition explained the same, subsequently explained that I'll be obtaining a phone from his boss on Sept. 8th. I still have yet to receive that phone, and so I called them again.
This repetition was REALLY rude in my experience so when I requested to get a boss three times, he declined to supply one, that will be illegal following the 3rd period you request. (I work on a call-center, its regulation throughout Europe and also the USA). This repetition explained the deptartment AP (which he BELIEVES is fund) is researching my info. This repetition did not actually understand who had been considering this problem! But he virtually explained that I'm shit out-of fortune for my cash until the absolute minimum 3 months has past. I subsequently inquired easily get attention on my money-they are keeping, given that they might cost me curiosity when the statement was not paid. He had no solution. Then he advised me the phone had been documented, becuase i told him the variety shop I work on offers virgin cell phones along side another brand name which I'd not suggest them
And That I still wouldn't desire actually my opponents to obtain a virgin mobile mobile phone!
