Purchased a leading elevated bed, it failed under warranty. Warranty mattress failed under initial warranty. Next alternative bed didn't have top features of first or next mattress. Customer support is terrible. They shut at4:30 main period, if you are about the westcoast overlook it. Every time customer support keeps me on-hold forever. Nowadays, I've presently been on-hold for 1hour and 49minutes. Still keeping.
