I recently purchased a dress/top/and cap from Restricted Also for my child. The cashier asked for my phone, birthday, so when she began to request my tackle, i declined to inform her; since I have had no idea why she needed my info. Next, she ceased asking questions and continued with looking at my material and detailing why she desired the info.
After I got house, i got the top out and attempted it on my child. Somehow it appeared to appear stronger, and my child didnt enjoy it. I place the top in and prepared to come back the entire collection; never pressing the reciept or reducing the label within the proccess. A few nights later i returned to Restricted Also using the reciept and garments labels.
Listed Here Is where the problem begins.
After I tried to return it, the cashier stated that somebody had previously delivered THE SAME COLLECTION and it's currently within their program, so that they arent ready to provide the cash back. I had been exceedingly mad, informing them again and again that I simply purchased the collection, I've the reciept AT HAND and not delivered it. They stated that THE SAME collection AND same reciept had been already provided the cash back and delivered. I believed that it was difficult, since I'm alone that may possess the reciept; and so I questioned when they had kept monitoring of who delivered it. They published me the record they kept monitoring of. It was another person that had delivered it
The wierd part was after I named the individual that "allegedly" delivered EXACTLY THE SAME collection and SAME reciept amount, it stated that the number was unavailable. Is that this phony return and so I cant get my money-back? What's the offer? Could it be the cashier's fault? System's fault? Or Restricted Toois?
Simply attempting to allow folks understand to become cautious whenever you purchase from Limited Also.
