I own flats, and also have utilized A-Complete for three years to wash rugs. Fourteen days before, A-Complete washed rugs for all of US. Last Friday, we'd a scheduled appointment set up for 2-4:00 PM, and waited from 1:30 to 4:15 and had a no show.
We named A-Complete whenever we delivered towards the home 9to our telephone), and guy stated that he named our phone and had no solution; so that as it had been too much to operate a vehicle to get a modest $60 bucks (his cost-not mine) to become stood up. King Street is in central Colorado Springs; they understood us due to the three years and last months washing... He then stated "there are plenty of products available, and we are able to consider our business elsewhere".
Their Yellow Pages advertisement claims he's an associate of BBB, but we couldn't locate him inside your data-base.
I really donot believe I've actually been more furious!
