Beware! Joseph Ray, Joseph Ray Zeock and whatever name he uses and his telemarketing company Focus One Sales Group or Focus on Sales Solutions is not what they appear to be. Before using this company and before believing anything this man tells you (or any of his rep's) please read this. I was employeed by Joseph Ray Zeock. He wants to be called Jay by his employees and by Joseph Ray by his clients. Jay's business is located in Eatonton, Ga. He will tell you that he has a 50 call center but he only has 25 desks. He doesn't even have the chairs to fill the desks. He also only has up to 8 telemarketer's working in the center at a time. This is due to him only having 8 working phone lines working in the center at a time. He can not even pay the bill. He will also use his cell phone for business the number is 706-817-2190 and his partner's also. I don't have the number but it will begin in the same area code. He does not have any money to pay his employees, land lord (business or personal) or other bills (buy ink for the printers, phone bills, office supplies). He has ex-employees that have not recieved a paycheck since last year. He will hire a few people then not be able to pay them and they will walk off of the job. He will also bring their pay down to min. Wage when they leave or get fired. Alot of the ex-employees have taken him to court to try to get their money but they will never see it. I hope that he can be stopped. I wish that companies will take the time to look up all information about him before they sign a contract with him. The contract states at the bottom that there are no refunds. He does not except credit card. He will want you to pay by wire or check because you can not request them to be stopped after payment. He prefers a wire. I know that he will change his name and the business name once this report is filed and then no one will be able to find it online. This is how he keeps getting away with this. I know that he has the TSR's make the calls but you will get no results. None of the companies that went to contract with him have ever renewed because of the bad service that they get with the company. He tries to blame it on the employees but in all reality it is unethical business practices that keep them from renewing. I wish that others would add to this report or add additional reports on here and on the complaints board so that we can see that this man is stopped.
