Thinking about doing business with Quantum Financial? Think again! Not only does this company steal money from their clients they steal from their employees as well! Employees have had their pay cut in half, and when they deposit their checks they bounce! There is no human resources department so when complaints are filed with so called management they go unanswered. People are fired monthly told that Quantum can't afford to pay them, several of these fired employees never even receive their final paycheck, and when they finally do it is usually less then what is owed! Then this so called broke company turns around and hires new employees.
The practices are to rip off as many clients as possible to get them to pay for services they will never receive! You are to collect the money, bill the client down, never provide the service, and then stop taking calls from the client. Everyday working for Quantum Financial is like stealing. You may ask yourself how they are still in business, and who knows?
Do not do business with this company and for all employees working there if you have any kind of a concience quit!
