We seem to be one of the many smaller or medium sized businesses across the country misled by Focus, Inc. S advertising program, operated out of Tampa, Florida. Focus Inc. S Sales Manager Mr. K. Made glowing representations to us regarding purchasing local advertising for us and providing us with sales leads. We signed a contract and paid over five thousand dollars based on our belief in those representations. However, Mr. K. Left Focus, Inc. And no advertising was even placed and no sales leads were ever provided. We contacted CEO Raul Vazquez to ask for a refund and were met with silence. We have since discovered that Focus, Inc. Has engaged in the same deceptive practices with numerous other businesses across the country and, likewise, those businesses were stonewalled by Mr. Vazquez and his staff when they demanded their money refunded. Others have contacted Focus Vice President Mike Vazquez and CFO Tim Delikat and got the same response. Be careful if you choose to do business with Focus, Inc. They dont play by the rules.
