Fake advertising on internet & in pamphlets. Concorde Glass advertisement promises solitude score of 8. Not the case. Your sidelites include 50% clear glass. Since 2000 we've had 3 various Therma Tru entrance gates with various glass mounted in 3 different homes. Additional 2 were as advertised. Archlite is ranked as 6 & as well as in our present home. Both sidelites & doorway are as advertised. BUT CONCORDE sidelites within our new home should be a-3 not 8. We picked Concorde in the place of Archlite on the basis of the Therma Tru signal. Therma tru won't substitute the system or identify their issue.
7/16 calls to Therma Tru HQ and Customer Service were useless. No try to solve their issue or repair their false advertising.
STEPS: we would like TT to displace the two sidelites & alter their marketing.
That Is only an incident of FALSE MARKETING.
