Our house was built in 2000 and or patio door is a Therma-Tru door. Last year we noticed the bottom of the door was rotting away. We called the place we bought the door from and they said it is still under warranty and they came and looked at it and took pictures and sent them to Therma-Tru. About a week later I get a call from CSR from Therma-Tru saying that the door jam is not theirs and can not replace the door. Left me scratching my head as in first place it is a pre-hung door and second it is the door itself that is rotten and not the jam.
I would never recommend anyone to buy any of Therma-Tru's products.
