Your organization bought a Therma Tru Easy-Celebrity doorway with 2 sidelites. We mounted the doorway Jan 31. Your installler observed scars within the color. He attempted to clean the doorway having a towel and basic water to get rid of the scars. The scars just got worse. Along with the scars within the color the glass within the part lamps was two distinct shades. We approached Seal-Ceremony and required they change the doorway. Seal-Ceremony delivered a repetition out to check out the doorway, get images and document a study.
Seal-Rite decided to substitute the glass and spend to truly have the doorway re painted or even to consider the doorway back. Seal-Ceremony has declined to displace the doorway having a new doorway declaring they experience a brand new doorway wouldn't fulfill our client. We've ceased promoting Therma Tru items.
