I hired a calculator through the organization from September '09 to July '09. Within the agreement, they needed $35.00 deposit for protection cause and guaranteed to place exactly the same quantity back on my banking account 14 days once they get the item. I delivered the calculator on 08/07/09 and also the shipping verification confirmed they obtained it on 08/08/09. It's been longer than 2weeks and that I have not obtained my deposit back. I e mailed them twice and had no reactions. I named them from 11am to 5pm each 10 minutes on 08/27/09, and that I wasn't ready to talk to anyone however the concept that they are assisting other clients and so I need to contact them in a couple of minutes.
