GE money account, and therefore have not been reversed, and I have not received my $600 deposit

I named GE Cash on September 8, and also the customer support broker, Ann, stated it had been a breach of FTC rules to cost me to get a item I'd not obtained, and mentioned it had been feasible to change the costs and maintain the bill available...

... Up to now, September 25, the costs proceed to occur on my GE cash consideration, and so haven't been corrected, and that I haven't obtained my $600 deposit...
