Haqve not received calculator but was charged

I requested the calculator and taken care of following day atmosphere. 5 days later I still haven't obtained the TI-83plus calculator that I requested. I named them-and sent them-and they don't react. I paid $60.50 whole on my charge card and feel just like I've simply been attached big style from the business that emerged recommended in the university my child visits.
