I went to the Hollister outlet at Potomac Mills, and had a terrible experience, they only had "ONE" cashier for the 4th of July weekend!? The line to the cashier was so confusing no one new what was going on, we called the manager and did not do anything to fix the problem... She was a very young inexperience manager... Did not manage the situation very well, all the customers were so angry
