I was lined up for about half an hour to buy a hoodie from Hollister in Eaton Centre. After scaned, the cashier told it's 40 something, then I told her that it should be 26 before tax and I just bought one two days age. Then she went to check and returned told me it is only 30% off not 26 dollars. I said but I just bought one two days ago (I spent about $200 on Sat July 21); then the manager said the price would be changed everyday and she said she would check for me if there are other styles hoodies that are 26 dollars. After about ten mins she returned and told me there are only 35 dollars'. They said they cannot do anything about that. I didn't trust them and went to check myself; and it was right there said $26 for the hoodie I got!!! I went to the cashier and told her to come with me to see the $26 hoodies. There were about ten hoodies of the colour I chose and more than 30 hoodies in other colour; and all of these were fold nice and in order. The cashier told me the colour I chose were in wrong spot and isn't $26 dollar whereas other colours are!!! I told her "Are you sure? Two days ago, I bought one with the same colour same style from the same spot and it is $26!" Then she said she will rescan for me. After ten mins she retruned and told me "these are $26, so do you want?" I was like no since I was so angry with their attitude, but my friend insistented in buying one for me and the cashier asked us to get to the long line again!!! Can you believe it?!! I was really like Hollister's clother, I would say 30% of my clother are from Hollister. And my family and my friends from university love Hollister too. But today, your attitude and what you did were really disappointed me. If you did give me a satisfied solution, my family will never buy anything from Hollister and I will tell all my university's friends about what you did for me today and I will suggest them not to come to Hollister!
