Back in February this company charged me $6215 for information that was already readily available on their website for free and software which they sent to me that was also available online and did not even contain the locations I needed to search. When I asked for a refund they stalled for weeks and took forever to call me back so it took weeks to get anything from them. Finally after they refused to call back or email back I disputed the charges with my credit card company. It was taken off and my credit card company sent me a letter stating this fiasco was finally over. Then this company re-charged my credit card in July. They again never responded to my calls or emails. Finally after about a week I received an email stating I should have received an entire refund. Then the representative emailed me back stating they could not issue a refund because I disputed the charge with my bank and their bank charges them $8000 for every dispute no matter what the charge. I told him I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank because no one would return my calls or emails. He then offered to refund me $2000 out of the $6215 stating this was the cost of the software they sent me. I argued that the training they signed me up for was also useless and free on their website and the fact that they did not respond to me for weeks after they charged me should be grounds for more of a refund. I offered to negotiate a settlement but they refused. I feel I am entitled to a refund of at least 80% of the original charge because of the time and effort I have spent and the useless information they sent me.
