Okay let begin my name is robert yes i'm writing in caps cause im mad. Mad at metro resource group. I saw an add on craigs list.in case you dont know what that is it a web site to post things for lease for sale of any nature.
I saw a beautiful town home for 1k marked down from 1250.00 i got to tour home after i waited an entire day to be told i could... But he never returned my call he return call to anther party my girlfriend who called on it to but
Dustin doebber sr. Leasing agent/realtor didn't know that. Which was fine but that should of been red flag form that point. We then after looking thorugh home which was a great deal i said i would like to make offer told him will put my notice in with town i'm in cause girl friend out september said great told him notice price was dropping and would like to make an offer of 950 instead of 1k who wouldn't like to save as much as possible he said probably not goign to happen told him that fine either way we want it. Apparently at metro resource group its custom to never ever call possible clients back!!! Let me remind you guys i make good money but not ready to buy i could pay that working part time... Not that it matter just venting there... I follow up with dustin from metro resource group asked what goign on never returned my call call three time and even called ceo of the place and sent email as possible renter never herd anything back from them...
Then at 9 pm i get a text message two days later a text message not a call not an email a text from the company saying sorry at twins game cant talk house was rented!!! They rent when they told me i could or at least gave me the impression. They said i should of offered 1k from get go i did and if they would of called me to confirm or call at all thats right metro resource group still hasn't called me even ceo who i left several message with offering more then what the guy wanted for rent 11oo!!! They said found someone for 1k so listen here future client of metro resource gourp there slacker don't follow up and will not will not get you the most out of your property so beware... I was prepared to pay more for property... Stay away from metro resource group you cant count on them.
