In Nov I signed up for the free trial. At day 17, the final day to cancel, I still had not received either item but called and cancelled both products. Received cancellation numbers. A few weeks later I noticed a charge on my credit card. I contacted my bank and disputed it. They rejected it stating I needed to contact the company in writing first. My bank gave me a couple email addresses. Both failed.
I then contacted the company who refused to credit my card because it had expired and they refused to update the expiration date. They agreed to send me a refund check. I accepted. Being in New Zealand, they said it could take several weeks. I was very patient but after a couple months and nothing received, I called them back.
I was then told they had a system problem and couldn't send a check. They then agreed to update my credit card expiration date and refund. Again, I waited and waited but it never happened.instead I got an email stating their system wouldn't allow it, I needed to have my bank dispute it. I went back to my bank. It was now well past their 90 day time limit so they refused to refund and said I needed to go back to the company.
I have gone back to the company several times and told call back tomorrow. Talk to the disputes dept. Talk to the refund dept. We're waiting on an answer from corporate. Corporate now says no refunds because it's been more than 30 days!!! Wtf??! They want to send me more product. I don't want their product!!! I want my $back!
And I would like an answer from Facebook as well as to how they could allow such a scheming, dishonest company advertise on their site??!
I have also gone back to my credit card because it has just dawned on me that my card expired on 30th Nov, but the charge went through on the 5th of Dec...
These people need to be stopped!
