Signed up for hound.com (BIG mistake). Canceled. Then they charged my credit card again. Called them and managed to speak with customer service. They said it was all taken care of. It wasn't.
Now, they charged my card again.
This might just be bad systems. But the fact that there are multiple reports of the same conduct suggests that it's intentional.
