Loyal member for 5 or 6 years. About 3 months ago stopped receiving surveys for no reason. Tried to log back in and my account has been deactivated. I have no idea why or how this happened. I have emailed the company 3 times now and have gotten no response. I am less than 150 points away from 10,000 points. I was going to redeem for merchandise. I have redeemed points for items in the past and never had a problem. I am wondering if they went out of business or just decided to screw me out of my points. Can't get an answer from them.
