Deactivated my membership without stating reason and right before I was to receive gift card

I was a member of quizpoints, where you take surveys, sign up for product information, etc. And then get points, which can be redeemed for a reward. (for example, 500 points gets you a $10.00 gift certificate, and so on.) I had enough points for a $10.00 Amazon certificate, and for over a month it was listed on order. When I inquired about this, the administrator said that it would be shipped that week (week of October 1st), and thanked me for being patient. Meanwhile, I was getting more points by visiting the website and taking surveys, and had over 250 points toward my next reward. Yesterday, I attempted to log into the site and got a message that the login was invalid. I clicked on the link to contact someone if there's a problem, and you have to type in your email address. When I did so, a message appeared that my account had been deactivated. I sent an email to quizpoints help link to find out why, and so far I haven't gotten any answer. If there was some problem with my account, why wasn't I informed before, why did they deactivated it right before I was to receive an award? Several months ago, I had closed a previous account with them because of some spam emails I was getting and then I signed up again, but the previous account was closed so I wasn't getting credit for two accounts. And if this was the problem, why didn't they inform me when I signed on again, why wait until several months went by and I was eligible for a reward? And why not tell me if this was the reason when I asked why my account was deactivated?

Another thing: they tell you you can receive 30 points per day by taking surveys (one per day) and that 15 in one month will give you bonus points, but when you try to take surverys there are hardly any available anymore. It sounds like they have no intention of giving out extra points. They'd send email reminders about taking surveys but most of the time no surveys are available.
