Still Billed Monthly Two Years After Terminating Service

I was a customer 2 years ago. I have continued to be billed monthly since terminating service. My credit card provider has done zilch to stop this, and DirecTV seems unable to remedy the situation.

My advice: unless you absolutely must have the NFL season package, get cable until these people get their act together!
