My roommate wanted your services but didn't have a credit card, so we used mine, even though I had cable, as I already knew they were a more reliable and better service. However Direct TV was unable to provide him with HD service and everytime he tried to rectify the situation he was told they didn't know what he was talking about, this happened about 15 times. Therefore, he decided to just use my cable instead, since Direct TV was unable to keep up their part of the contract. So even though Direct TV broke the contract they took money out of my account for cancelling the service early. Extremely bad customer service, and they have now screwed up my credit even though I'm not even in their system and now they want their equipment back. That's not going to happen until I get my money back.
