Verizon wireless went into my account and took 317 dollars from me. I dont even have a cell phone. When i called they told me it would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money. I dont have 7 to 10 days to wait. I have bills to pay. They made the mistake. Why should i have to wait for money that they took illegaly? Is there anything that i can do?
