Rusty lackey is a con. He likes to make big promises of how he will "take care" of someone if they help acquire his company work but never comes thru with payment promises.
Rusty has been given work, his trucks lead to location, inexperienced drivers babysitted all night with no rusty in sight and yet he was paid by concho resourses but he never paid his part owed for getting him the work.
Rusty has sponged off of his parents and bankers in fort davis his entire life and has no real clue how to manage a company.in his own words rusty stated "the bankers have lots of money, i dont really care if we work or not, i still get my money from them".
When rusty was contacted for trucks to be sent to a rig drilling on concho in west tx, he stated the trucks would be there in one hour. Five hours later... No trucks and being the wimp that he is he would not return phone calls on why they were not there yet.
From managing companies and doing business for 25 years in west texas i can strongly recommend to all oil companies not to rely on, call on or use the services of rusty lackey / lackey transport / lackey construction, etc. He is another james mann if that tells you enough!!
