I pray this is the last time I have to explain this.
We met MrBen Smith At THe home and garden show at the bell county Expo Center in Belton Texas, He came to our Home in Temple Texas a few days later to explain the alarm system. We are in desperate need of a security system because we already had one break, in and numerous attempts while we were at home. So we let him and his crew go ahead and install the system in our home. We felt very secure having the alarm system.
Within a couple of weeks the company was calling about a low battery.
Then a third Break in attempt occured The person was not caught, even though the police quickly came to the call. THe company called about the low battery again and we asked what to do and we were told to take the battery to Radio shack to get a replacement We topok the batery to the Local Radioshack Who didn't even have it in their warehouse's database. We called again the person we talked to this time asked us where the system was plugged in I told them it wasn't plugged in any where. Despite the fact there was an outlet behind the freezer There was nothing plugged in there.
After trying for several weeks to get tech service and after seventeen new break in attempts, We still have not had any service from Pinnacle and they have sent a bill for $2, ooo. Oo. After trying to get a lawyer to defend us against this disreputable company that we learned later has numerous complaints against them on this very site, and many others we were astonished to find that No lawyer would help us take legal action to save our home and my credit.
