I picked up several items and went to rgister. Each of the items rang up a different price than what was displayed on the shelf. When I questioned this the cashier said they where probably in the wrong place so I asked to speak to a manager. We all three walked over to the area and their was the wrong price in red writting on a large yellow sticker. The manager moved the yellow sticker over and underneath was the higher price, she then moved the lower price back over the regular price and said, " this is for another item see read the (small) print". I asked if I could get it for the posted price and she said"NO". I asked if they would remove the oncorrect price and again I was told NO.
When I got home I called the store and asked for the manager and then asked her for the phone number of their coorporate office. I was given a wrong number. The next day I called the store and someone gave me the right number. I had to leave a message which has yet to be returned.
Does anyone know whom I may contact regarding pricing problems as this is the second time this has happened in 3 weeks. It makes me wonder if this happens on other items that I have not checked out prices on.
I like this store because it is convenient and inexpensive on alot of items I use but I believe there is misrepresentation in advertising when they do things like this.
