I recently visited the store in NYC with my 11 yr old daughter who loves the littlest pet shops. She found some that she did not have and we proceeded to stand in line to pay for her items which was one other item and a littlest pet shop and they total came to almost 20.00. I questioned the cashier due to the fact the stickers on the shelf under the items said each one was $6.99 and she told me no it rang up $9.99 she walked away and came back saying a mgr was checking on it. Walked away again and came back and said the mgr said to tell you the register says its 10.99. I said you told me me it rang up 9.99 she said no i said 10.99. I told her it was illegal to charge more then the sticker price at the register. No mgr ever came nor did i purchase a single thing there. I told her i would not do business with them. My warning is watch what you buy there the cashier also told me it was a old sticker and the price like the mgr said was $10.99. Toys R Us is getting away with this and who knows how many other people they have overcharged!!! They are putting one price on the shelf and charging another higher price at the register. It's a scam and they think they can do it because they are in NYC!!!
