Ron lost the keys and remotes to my condo, claiming that his assistant brought them to Mexico while on vacation. I had to replace all of the locks, replace the mailbox keys, and buy/program new remotes to ensure the safety of my new tenant and my property. He stopped returing my calls and emails when I requested that he rectify the situation.
After I hired (paid) Ron, he made sexually and socially inappropriate comments to potential renters and myself. He began to make frequent drug references, and appeared to be under the influence of an intoxicant when I finally met with him live.
I work with people who have disabilities, so I try to give most folks a chance/benenfit of the doubt. Ron, however, appears to be loosing a battle with drug addiction and his professional and social behavior are rapidly deteriorating. He forgets names, addresses, and property specifics, is unsure of the location of keys and paperwork when questioned, and usually blames mistakes on his "assistants". He is always late, and is easily angered when confronted.
Do not hire Ron if you value your property, professional reputation, or your money. If he contacts you, encourage him to get professional help, but under no circumstances do business with him.
