I order an TELEVISION from NewEgg and posted the purchase. Two hours later I needed to include the warranty. Called customer service to include the support. I had been informed it might not be included and so I told them to stop the purchase and that I might re submit. Was advised they mightnot do this since the product had delivered plus they could supply the following number. I chuckled and informed them-they might have a following range however it was not delivered. Was placed on hold a couple of minutes and was informed I'd need to decline delivery about the purchase. Since was foolish. They're likely to deliver anything they understand is likely to be refussed. Following a few more conversations, I had been recommended they'd remember the cargo and when them was in inventory, I'd obtain credit. Exactly what a laugh. Them at-best was resting about the pier waiting to be delivered. Most likely, it had been not really drawn in the ledge however. Anyhow, I'll delay to determine once the credit is procedures. Be informed, once you palce an order, you'll DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
