My spouse ordered me something special card from Newegg. The card was designed to appear via mail in 1-2 business days. It is currently been 6 company (and 10 whole) times and we've yet to get the e-mail/card. We've delivered 3 emails and waited about the telephone for around 20 minutes after numerous times of just getting a chaotic indication, simply to be informed there is nothing customer support might do. They'd need to forward the problem for their sales office.
