Buying from JoAnn's site was the toughest online knowledge I Have ever endured! I requested on Black Friday, and almost per month later, I still do not have my purchase. Our purchase never really quit the factory, though they stated that I delivered the cargo. Since I "delivered the cargo", they canceled my purchase (and not informed me that my purchase was ended). After many times of e-mail trades with client service, I had been informed to contact customer service. So... After holding and keeping, they explained the items which I requested are now actually sold-out and they have no idea when - or if - they'll certainly be in-stock again, which I will contact again in a couple weeks to determine if theyare available. Meanwhile, I had been purchasing materials to get a Holiday present, which clearly is not likely to occur. This is the first and only period that I'll purchase from their site, and on the basis of the bad customer support I obtained, Iam reluctant to actually store within their physical shops. I would rather provide my cash to some business that cares about their clients!
