Prior to deployment, 3109803302 was set up for military hold and went boots on the ground on Nov 20 requesting suspension without billing.
In December, I noticed online that they were still billing, had a $500 balance. I brought attention through TMO's customer service website. All I got were case IDs, I finally had a representative email me in April that the balance was $2000 and was in collections. When I got back Stateside, I was told that this was researched on, and wait for 72 hours. 72 hours passed, I called and still had no answers and they saw notes of matters being brought up.
TMO is unservicemember friendly.
