Ordered and paid for parts and received no delivery. It has been over 3 months now. Company does not return phone calls and does not answer e-mails about orders. They have also created a new order site at wwww.apexgaragedoorparts.com
In the beginning I sent an e-mail every two or three days and got no response. I now send approx. 30 e-mails to both sites every day. Occasionally I get a response that I am bothering them and they can't take the time to help me. I've suggested they take me to court to stop me and I hope that they do.
BTW, I also went to their listed address in Passaic and found a boarded up house and noone willing to discuss the business.
Do not deal with this company. If you have time, keep bugging them with emails
